Though I really wanted to keep this entry a funny one, I cannot. I watched the news with my parents today for about 2 hours about New Orleans, Mississippi, etc. I cannot believe what is going on, it's just so hard to see it and understand how they must feel when I am so care free. After they started to show people sleeping and spending nights under over-passes, I just couldn't watch anymore of it. It's horrible... I can't stand to see people cry, I just cave in... I am sure many of you are pissed about gas and well, I want to be too because I now pay for mine but I just can't. There are people now sitting there without running water, shelter of food, the things you really need in life, and people up here in KY are complaining about gas prices... how pathetic, think about the others! Who need what we have right now and how we're all fine and out of the way of this disaster!

Pray for them, I am praying, so hard...

After some long long days of being sad and feeling lonely, I've never felt so loved in my life. Ryan and I had a talk tonight online, since he left his charger at home, and it was really good. I feel so much better about visiting, him visiting, and how we'll talk to one another. And my friends from wku are also being very supportive and they all want me to spend the night with them! Yes, all of them! heh.

Maybe I should spend the night at someone elses dorm other than Ryan's. Eh, Ryan? What do you think about that? heh.

Any who, I feel a lot better and thank you all for your most needed support. I just knew today was going to be good, I mean, my day started out with my main manager at work calling me and saying "you don't need to come into work today, it won't be busy." How awesome is that? Then I played Resident Evil 4 all day with my dogs, alone since everyone was at a soccer game. I didn't go because I had a horrible head ache but then after they came home I just came up here and Ryan and I worked everything out. I am so glad I had this urge to come onto the computer. I really am! No crying tonight! All smiles! Plus, I am really happy because a kid I've been talking to for some time and getting to know him is now calling me his best friend! It makes me really happy! Thanks Mick! (:

Today I had to work, I took Tiff's shift and she took mine yesterday. It was pretty cool, I got to see Selma and I never really get to work with her. I also met the new Kayla, two Kayla's!!! Any who, after work I came home and then went back out to picked up food for my mom and myself and then headed to Jackie's to watch some Family Guy. Instead of watching a few episodes, we only saw one because when I came to her house, I gave her some of our canoeing pictures and she had this awesome idea!!!!!

R: Whatever, I think it's pretty awesome.

So everyone knows that the canoeing trip was amazing! Well, I finally got the picture scanned from it and added them to the pictures page (linked below on that picture). They're great!!!

R: So do I, I had a stressful day
K: I had a some what stressful day too.
R: How? You didn't do anything.
K: I had my hand down the garbag disposel for half the day
R: Why in the world did you have your hand there?
K: Because some of my fish rocks got down there while I was cleaning my fish
R: *won't stop laughing* that's stressful (says in a joking manner)!? *continues laughing*

Tonight I ended up not going to work because Tiffany needed me to switch with her for my Monday shift and her Tuesday shift, so I switched. I work tomorrow at 5:30p.m. and then I am either seeing Ryan agian or hanging out with Jackie, either or, it's all good. Yesterday I didn't get to see Ryan but we did talk on the phone almost all night, so today I just went on a motorcycle ride with my dad, went to see Ryan at work since I haden't seen him, and then came home and hung out with my family while we watched Family Guy on the new DVD that my mom bought us. After work, Ryan then soon came over and it was so much fun! Though he was changing my away messages (:

WORKIN' & SEEING RYAN TONIGHT

Today's Monday and my best friend Jackie is back in school. She just started today and I just wanted to wish her luck! I don't start till the end of September, beginning of October. I am afraid but I know I'll do good because I am determined to get A's and B's. Last semester I got ONE C. Oh well, it was most definietly better than my first semester. It wasn't horrible enough to make me cry but it wasn't great. Any who, enough about school.

I work tonight at 5:30 and close. I need my Thursday shift covered too so I think I am going to try to trade a shift with someone and work Wednesday instead of Thursday. Ryan leaves for WKU on Friday so we're going to go to the zoo and hang out all day on Thursday so I really need off. I am going to miss him and sort of miss WKU though I'll be up there often. I guess I'm sort of excited... :P

I've got more bad news. As my grandpa progress' in doing better and some what trying hard not to smoke, my grandma was hospitalized thursday night for one of her lungs. I won't get into grave detail because it hurts a lot to just think about it but my aunt and mom said that she looked so weak and looked... horrible and less-healthy. Please, just pray for them both...

Today was the day! Our canoeing trip! It was so much fun! It was Jackie, Ben, myself and Ryan. The whole time the boys keep wanting us to "skinny dip" or keep joking around about it. So after awhile of paddling, we find this corner and it's really nice and we park our canoes. LOL, can started to call it the "sex corner" because Jackie and I finally PROVED OURSELVES worthy! We're not so innocent (; It was so much funnnn! We're so great Jackie! Our "swinging of the ____ over our heads!" To prove that we did it! Then we tried to catch craw dads and put them in our canoe, that was entertaining, they faught each other. Then we took pictures; "sexy calendar pictures." The church bus! LOLLLLLL!!!!!! Some stuff keep getting pulled off! GRRR... Pictures WILL come soon, though I don't think I can post all of them! Then we came home and it was storming really bad outside, it was kewl lookin' outside! But we make it to he house and Jackie, Ben, Ryan, me, and Aric played halo2 for a long time. King of the Hill!!! It was Ben: Ben Nasty, Jackie: a dirty pirate, Ryan: the Beast, me: Mr T. LOL, nice names eh? Then Jackie, Ben, and Aric left and Ryan and I relaxed for the rest of the night. Oh boy was it nice.

Today we ended up not going to the zoo, it looked really gross outside and I told Ryan that we were just going to go another day. So instead, we made dinner and then saw Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. MMM! Chocolate! It was an ok movie. After we came home, watched Family Guy with my younger brother and my dad and Ryan and Ryan made even MORE food and then I took him home and got a goodnight kiss (:

It's thunder storming like crazy today! Earlier it wasn't but tonights been bad! Any who, I woke up today and went to OAR; Orientation at Sullivan. Gah... not that I haden't already known about colleges and what I need to do and take and, etc. It was ok, my dad was bored out of his mind! LOL. But we met some interesting people and we learned a few interesting things. Sullivan is gonna rock.

After, we headed to church and Ryan met up with us there. Then we all ate at O'Charleys, me, Aric, Ryan, my mom and dad, and grandma and grandpa, we all had fun! Heh, my family is halarious.

AND after that Jackie and I met up and hung out then headed to wally world to get some blank CDs and then soon after, she left, Ryan came to say goodnight and now here I sit. Ehhh... Canoeing tomorrow!!!! (:

PENGUINS, MOTORCYCLE

Yesterday I went and saw Martch of the Penguins with Jackie. We saw it at Village 8 but had to make a pit stop at wally world to get candy. We got hit on in a time frame of 4 hours, 5 times!!! We never get left alone! So we watch the movie and it's definietely sad and some what funny. There was a sex scene between two penguines and they made it really like "slow moe" and put really "romantic" music behind it, it was WEIRD. I guess that answers my moms question (;

Then I get home and go on a motorcycle ride with my dad, we rode around and then stopped to get some ice cream at this little ice cream place we found! I'm defineitly taking Ryan there sometime. I had such a good day!

BW3'S, CONVERSATIONS

Today we all went to BW3's to eat some dinner! It was me, jackie, ben, ryan, cory, jerimiah, jamie, and a kid I forgot his name. Liz and rachel stopped in for a little but left soon after. After we ate Ben, Ryan, Jackie and myself goofed off in the parking lot for a good hour or so. Then headed to Star Bucks where Ben added a nice performance of a velociraptor. HA. I am SO care free! I could care less anymore what people think or what they have to say, it's awesome! What a life! hah.

Yesterday we went and saw the Rodeo and Kindsey at Twice Told. Kindsey is an amazing band, they really blew me away for a garage band. Jackie, Ben and myself hung out and got to talk to some really old friends that we hadn't seen in years, it was really nice. After, Ben, Jackie and myself ate at Taco Bell (OH GEEZ) and then headed our seperate ways. It was fun (':

The weathers really nice today. It's not too hot, but not cold, however, it did rain for a little bit. I had to work today till almost 3:00p.m. When I got home I changed the layout around (hope you like! I love it!), talked on the phone with Jackie for a little while, and then my parents decided we were going to go eat at O'Charley's! Tonight I think we're going to all go swimming in Jackie's pool and then who knows what's up.

We've reached it. August. Yes, August. Which means... School is starting up soon. I however, don't start school till September-ish but all of my friends and my boyfriend start up around the 25-29 of August. How sad! I'll still be able to hang out with some of my friends since they'll still be here around home but to my boyfriend and best friend Joe, I'll miss you lots! I used to get to see them everyday since I lived right by them in a seperate dorm. It was so much fun and I am going to visit you two often!

Any who, today Ryan and I went on a date! We both had off so I decided to take him on a date! It took awhile to find were to eat (sorry!) and we drove for awhile (gah! sorry to scare you!) but we finally ate at the Chinese Buffet and it was REALLY good! mmm! After, I bought Kindergarden Cop and we both came home to watch it. My brother, dad, Ryan, and myself watched True Lies and then after it was over, my dad and brother left for upstairs. So Ryan and I put in Kindergarden Cop and watched two movies in a row! (: I know my dates are kind of, sad, but there's nothing else to do! Gah... living in Kentucky... but I still love this state.
