I FELL DOWN

... friday

Happy Happy Friday! Today is Friday! How exciting, eh? It's sunny, lovely, and brilliant. I finally got the motivation to actually lay out by our pool. Normally, I'll either swim (with someone) or just walk around it while outside with the dogs, but today I actually put on a bathing suit, laid out, and enjoyed it. It was pretty sweet.

Last night Jackie and I ate at El Alocapoco, the nice little Mexican place that we always eat at, so therefore, they know us. While eating our usual, we sat down and I was giving our waiter a hard time. I keep asking for cervesa and vino (spanish for beer and wine) and he keep giving me that look like "White girls speaking spanish... Horribly??" What am I to do? It was great. I told him that on my 21st birthday, I'd go there and get my first beer. He was like, "your name?" and I told him my name and he's like your birthday too? So I told him and he says, "alright Kaala, I'll see you on February 22nd," it was so funny! We keep blurting out adios and gracious and any random spanish we could think of. It was a lot of fun.

While leaving, I shoved a bunch of money down Jackie's back pocket because I owed her some money for dinner, a fat man was walking by us in all blue and decided to stair. We get in my car and straight ahead, THERE HE IS! Still starring out the window. I mean, cheese and rice! Seriously... haha. Then he turns to his wife or lady friend and says something to her as SHE NOW LOOKS AT US. We're like- WTF dude?! haha, so I was like, Jackie; watch this... While driving away I blew him a kiss and winked, his eyes got wide and he stopped starring. I accomplished my mission. Score one for me!

After that and bumping in the beetle, we head to Ryans for a fun filled evening of drinking and socializing and tossing a cat from shirt to shirt (oh gosh!) It was a lot of fun but I lost all the games I played in beer pong and that was disappointing because I was actually making shots! I had a good arm yesterday I guess. But after all the fun and hanging out, we came home and were going to attempt to watch Silent Hill but after I fell down the stairs with milk and spilled it everywhere while almost breaking my thumb off, I was in a poopy mood. I can't believe I fell... It wasn't even a hard "BAM I fell.." It was more like a slip off the edge of the stair, couldn't gain my balance, fell back, dropped my milk, caught my finger in the railing, and fell on my leg while sitting in milk. GAH! Milk is so smelly...

But I did wake up to a nice bundle of flowers, with a note and a lovely text message from Jacqueline. It made my day start off great. Plus- my mom bought my breakfast too! woooo!

FFVII NEW!

... monday

Since I only have two weeks left of school, and I've been dealing with "family things" and Jackie's been busy--- I haven't been able to see her and this makes me sad... I miss her, however, I accomplished more videos that I will post later (: woo! And for the Niche viewers, I hope you like the new layout! I love it! It took all day but it was totally worth it. -Love.

Final Fantasy VII (NEW) For those of you who don't know, FINAL FANTASY VII just came out. No, no... Not the old one- this one is brand new and is looking excelent with graphics and story line. Plus- we get the luxery of the same characters so that'll mean less confusion.
"Described as an action RPG, this game becomes the fourth entry in the "Compilation of Final Fantasy VII" project which includes Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII for mobile, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children for DVD and Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus for PS2. Production is being overseen by Yoshinori Kitase, the director of the original Final Fantasy VII, with Hajime Tahata serving as director. Tahata and Kitase served similar roles on the development of Before Crisis. Character designs for the game are being handled by Square Enix superstar Tetsuya Nomura."

Uh-Oh!!!

BRAD PAISLEY

... saturday

One word for the concert tonight... Amazing. He is a wonderful at the guitar, he has a great heart and a really funny personality. I think he may be my favorite country singer now. I know you're thinking, "COUNTRY? GROSSS!" But I must beg to differ on that one. Take the time to read this things... Like this:

A holey pair of jeans
She looks great in cheap sunglasses
She looks great in anything
She's I want a piece of chocolate
Take me to a movie
She's I can't find a thing to wear
Now and then she's moody

... more?

Or how about this one...

I'm gonna walk with my grand daddy
And he'll match me step for step
And I'll tell him how I missed him
Every minute since he left
Then I'll hug his neck

... more?

It was truly a great... No... excelent... No... A moment in time I will never forget, ever. I am truly amazed and so very happy. What a wonderful experience. I cannot wait for many more moments, so much more.

2 weeks of school left!!! (:

Loreal and I decided to go to Cafe 360 last night to get a huka and just chill. But before Loreal got there I was there alone waiting for her. While I was sitting there alone, I had noticed a man starring at me consistently. When I walked in the door earlier, he had been starring at me the entire time. Creepy? Yes. I knew for some reason that he'd come and talk to me. And guess what? He did. He came up all shaky like and tried to "ask me out." First he stated, "do you have a boyfriend?" I made it very obvious that I did saying, "yes, I have a very wonderful boyfriend that I am in love with." This scared him and he was like... "Oh...." I then asked, "how old are you anyway?" He was like 26, and I looked at him like, woah.. little old and then looked at him in that "you look like a sick petifile look" and said, I'm 20. He then sort of backed off. Sick...Sick...

ps--- Maybe I need a ring too Jackie?

Moving on! I get to see Brad Paisley in less than 4 hours! I'm excited!

WE SHOULD THINK AGAIN

... wednesday

The other day I was sitting in our schools cafeteria when suddenly I was told that Eric, our friend who seems to be gaining drinking problems, had left from his lab because it had gotten out early to go get drunk. I figured and thought to myself, "that's typical of him." What I didn't expect was a minute later being told that he had attempted to come back while already extremely intoxicated and wrecking into a parked car. He tried to swing real fast into a parking spot and nailed the side of a gold car. The little gold car had scraps from the rear wheel all the way to the front wheel on the lower part of the car nearest to the ground. Eric's car suffered as well. I mean- c'mon! I thought he was getting bad but not this bad.

SPOILERS:
As you may know, for the raging anime fans, InuYasha had stopped at episode 167 and has not yet continued. What you may not know is the manga never followed the halt of the anime. The manage is still going and never ending it seems. In recent episodes, there have been some really good turns and some finally answered questions. Plus Sesshomaru has a mother??? Without spoiling what went on- go read it here >>> Ear Tweak.

What's Good About That?:
• Newer characters
• A whole lot of answers questioned
• The story is becoming more clear and finally less boring. Plus, we will soon find out what Rumiko Takahashi has planned for us in the end. We're closer and closer to the final InuYasha show down.

the Chocolate Phone In other news, I'm sure you are all aware of this new fizz-fame-phone. The Chocolate Phone. It finally hit the US with Verizon and is sailing away...

"Rumors flew back and forth regarding when we'd see it with a U.S. carrier, and finally this week, after being available in Europe and Asia for several months, the Chocolate has landed at Verizon Wireless. After so much speculation, we were eager to find out just what type of chocolate the Chocolate really is. Is it Hershey's or Godiva? The answer seems to lie somewhere in between. By all means, it's beautiful and offers decent call quality, but the keys and controls take some getting used to. And though it has stereo Bluetooth, a megapixel camera, a digital music player, and support for Verizon's 3G video and music services, it doesn't do much that other cell phones don't do already. And more to the point, it lacks a speakerphone, something even the most basic cell phones offer. On the upside, the Chocolate is fairly priced at $149 with service."

ps> You cannot eat this phone.

SALSA DANCIN'

... sunday

I've really been looking. I've really been looking hard. I am on a spree to try and find a place where I can go to every Tuesday or whatever day and do something like- Salsa Dancing lessons. I really want to get in the groove of doing something like I had when I did soccer. It was sort of a relief from my somewhat same life and from all of the schooling I've been in. I've been in school for over ONE year straight. No summer, small breaks, and enough school work and books that I could fill the entire back of my car. But for some reason, I guess with all of these new things and the way life has been going- it has really kicked my art instinked. I've been doing a lot of art and a lot of online editing which is REALLY good! I have learned more (:

So I've almost beaten Kingdom Hearts II. I know its been out for awhile but I've been really busy with other things. I just keep getting stuck on this stupid Mermaid board and she keeps making me learn new magic. I swear! But I guess in time it'll be finished and I'll be happy to finally tuck-under yet another beaten game.

Jackie and I have been having a lot of fun too- Her sisters wedding is around the corner and we're in wedding mode, I guess you could say. Things have been really good and I've had a lot of fun- other than the fact I have to write a three page paper.... Which is just the intro to my fifteen page paper. GAHHHH!

In some other, not so great news, my grandma is having problems... He got to go home the other day- but now he can't sleep. He's afraid if he lays down and even dozes off that he'll suffocate. This scares me he'd think this way... I just want him to get what he deserves... Happiness... Relief.... Freedom....

However, I do know that things are the way they're supposed to be- even with this negative blimish in my life. It'll all work out~ with time.

My Life:
• Jackie
• Artistic Things
• Online-editing / (Myspace, Niche, Etc...)
• Kyle
• School work

FIFTEEN MINUTES

... thursday

I was late for school today because I woke up with fifteen minutes to get here, it SUCKED! But somehow... I made it here at school at 7:04... Somehow. I needed to shower and get gas really bad since I am running right on the 0. Hopefully I'll make it to a gas station. Since things have already been screwing up today, I expected to not be happy and cheery today but I actually am. I guess all my friends got me in that mood. Thankfully.

Tonight I am attempting to, I guess, "party hop." I am supposed to go and hang out with Jackie and her B & N friends at a girls house for her birthday and then afterwards go over to Eric's to hang out with my Sullivan friends. I'm sure it'll be fun and entertaining but we'll have to wait and see...

SORRY!

... monday

I've got to say sorry. Why you ask? Well it's only because I have not updated in a whole entire month. I guess I've been so busy with school, and work / now finding a new job that things have just been hectic. My grandpa being in the hospital as well and all three of my cousins having babies. Its just been one of those months.

So to try and remember some of things that have gone on and what I've wanted to update about... You'll have to bare with me. I am way past the half way point in my schooling. I have 2 more quarters to go with only one lab left. Next quarter I am taking Advanced Culinary Tech., Wines, Beers, and Spirits, and Purchasing. Why am I taking only three classes you ask? Well... when you take your practicum you are required to pay for that semester of school... But if I am doing my internship outside of school, why get it all done next semester and then have to PAY for my 6th quarter though I have no classes at Sullivan. I figured that if I have to pay, I may as well leave some classes there to take for my last quarter so it doesn't feel like I'm wasting money. I don't know, it sounds pretty good to me.

Aside from that, my grandpa is doing much better. He recently went to the hospital because he has a tumor in his neck which was also lodged in an artery. They had to do a neck-resection and then radiation... The thought of that brings a horrible image to mind but knowing that right now he's doing much better brings a lot of pure thoughts to my head. I am glad things are going better for him- it's about time he has gotten some form of good news.

Jackie and I have finally gotten to hang out more than normal lately and it has been a lot of fun. I've been so busy with everything and down because of all the bad news here and there that nothing really was satisfying me but everything is good. We went to the Newport Aquarium for the day and let me tell you... Without her, those animals would have seemed really dull. We bring out the retarded-ness in one another. This weekend we also got to go to Six Flags. We hadn't been there since the end of Senior year but Sullivan was selling tickets for cheap because we had a "class trip" (optional) to go there and got a very big discount. It was just me and her but I'd have to say, I wouldn't of wanted it any other way. While riding Chang, we also made some friends who broke the tradition and DIDN'T ride in the front of the other rides... sigh... It was a shame. Just kidding. But really, it was great.

We also went and saw Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby and I have to say... Better than Anchorman! I swear! My side hurt so bad because the movie brought a constant laugh out of you, and it wasn't like "one good laugh, or one good scene" it was a constant laughing spree and it lasted through the whole movie! A MUST SEE! "Here are my kids, Walker and Texas Ranger, T.R. for short!" "Grandpa, if you don't shut up I'm gonna jump over this table and break your arm!"

Kyle and I went to the Spaghetti Factory today to eat. It was actually really, really good. We sat in a isolated corner, I think we pretty much marked it as our own. LOL. Any who. After that we went and got some Cold Stone ice cream which- I must say- can NEVER get old. I love me some Cold Stone. After that, we swam for a good two hours or so but was pulled into the homework atmosphere soon after that. GAH! I'm always doing homework now-a-days. When will it end? I felt bad because I don't like it when he has to sit there and wait on me though he says he wouldn't have it any other way, it still makes me feel bad. I felt bad enough from last night when Kyle had to drive all the way to Murray to work and then back for his parents. But all turned out good, which was a plus for the day.

-Phew. So... I have school at 7AM tomorrow (Mon-Thur) so I guess I am going to end with a very very big smile. I am loved, and it feels really good. ♥
I LOVE YOU KYLE.
And... Ok, Jackie... I love you too.
